By booking a tour with PXMtours.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Reservations & Payment
• A deposit of 20% of the total price is required to guarantee your reservation. The remaining balance is due upon transportion arrival.
• Payments are accepted via PayPal, bank transfer(free), or CLIP payment link (credit/debit card 5% processing fee).
• Reservations are not confirmed until deposit is received.
Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour time are eligible for a refund minus the processing fee.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable.
Weather & Operational Conditions
• All tours are weather-permitting.
• If weather conditions or operational issues prevent the tour or transportation from being provided, guests may choose:
– A change of date, or
– A full refund.
Force of Nature
• In cases of force majeure (including but not limited to hurricanes, earthquakes, government restrictions, or natural disasters), a full refund will be issued.
• Please note that refund processing may take 1–2 business days in emergency situations where immediate processing is not possible.
Transportation & No-Show Policy
• Tour transportation will wait up to 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time.
• If the guest does not arrive within this window, it will be considered a no-show.
• No-shows are non-refundable, and the seat on the tour will be forfeited.
Tour Participation
• Guests are responsible for arriving on time and following all guide instructions.
• PXMtours.com reserves the right to modify itineraries for safety, weather, or operational reasons.
